High Speed Blender

It's amazing .. in just a few minutes the Vita-Mix blender can create a piping hot soup. There are no heating elements involved - all the heat comes from the friction created by the super-high spinning blade. Once the soup is smooth and hot you can add other ingredients at a slow speed setting to 'chunk' up the soup.
